BOUNTY Program Rules and Regulations:
The BOUNTY program consists of a single sum of $25,000.00 reward to be split by all bowlers who bowl a 300 game in a Sanctioned USBC competition, using the BOUNTY ball exclusively for all 12 strikes. A BOUNTY share will also be awarded to the Pro Shop who drilled the BOUNTY ball. All Pro Shops making a BOUNTY claim must have a valid business license and Tax ID. The BOUNTY program expires on April 30th, 2009. All 300 game claims must be submitted no later than May 8th, 2009. 900 Global staff members are not eligible to participate in the BOUNTY program. BOUNTY promo balls will also be ineligible for the Bounty program. The BOUNTY program is only valid in the 50 United States. Bowlers will be limited to one share of the $25,000.00 BOUNTY per BOUNTY purchased. However, Pro Shops can collect unlimited shares of the $25,000.00 BOUNTY. This means that shops may collect multiple Bounties, based on balls sold to multiple bowlers who qualify, but only one Bounty share will be paid per each individual ball sold to each individual bowler.
Here is an example of the BOUNTY payout: Fifty 300 games bowled by the end of the program (April 30th, 2009) would mean the $25,000.00 BOUNTY would be divided up 100 ways, which is 50 ways for the bowlers and 50 ways for the Pro Shops who drilled the BOUNTY balls. $25,000.00 divided by 100 would equal a $250 per BOUNTY share. 50 Bowler’s and 50 Pro Shop shares would be paid out at $250 each. 900 Global reserves the right to ADD money to the total BOUNTY Prize pool at any time during the program.
To claim part of the $25,000.00 BOUNTY the following must be completed without exception:
The Pro Shop must remove the BOUNTY card that can be found in every BOUNTY single ball box. At the time of drilling, the Pro Shop is required to completely fill out the card with his Pro Shop information, and the bowler’s personal information. In addition, the Pro Shop must attach the proof of purchase bar code to the card. This POP bar code sticker is located at the top of the single ball box, on the flap. The Pro Shop is to keep these cards on file until the bowler returns with a USBC application letter verifying that the bowler has bowled a 300 game with the BOUNTY, and is submitting a claim for a 300 award from the USBC. The letter and card must be mailed into 900 Global within two weeks of the date the 300 game was bowled.
Please mail all BOUNTY Applications to: 900 Global, Attention: BOUNTY Reward, 5005 West. Ave., San Antonio, Texas 78213. Once 900 Global can verify that USBC has given the bowler certification for the 300 game, the bowler and Pro Shop will be listed on our website as a BOUNTY winner. Any bowler or pro shop making false claims to this program will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
