Bank Roll Rules

Bank Roll Program Rules and Regulations:

The Bank Roll program consists of a single sum of $25,000 that will be paid out to bowlers and pro shops based on honor scores recorded with and only with the Bank Roll bowling ball.  Bowlers will receive prize amounts based on scores that include 300 games, 800-849 series, 850-899 series and a special Bank Roll bonus for a 900 series.  Claims pertaining to 800-900 series must be bowled in a 3 game only event. For example 800-900 series will not be eligible for a 9 game tournament using games 3-4-5 or 7-8-9 or even 1-2-3 and so forth.  300 games bowled in a multi game tournament will be eligible.   All qualifying scores must be bowled in a sanctioned USBC event, approved and upheld by USBC, and the Bank Roll must be used exclusively for ALL frames (except spare shots) the score pertains to (12 frames for 300 and 36 frames for 800 series or better).  The bowler and pro shop winners will receive equal amounts for the qualifying score; a list of payouts based on scores is listed below.  Pro shops that claim a Bank Roll score must have a valid business license and Tax ID.  The Bank Roll program will expire on 12/31/2011 OR immediately when all $25,000 has been claimed.  Claims should be mailed to 900 Global within 7 days to ensure a timely delivery.  If and when the program expires due to all $25,000 being claimed all claims received on the same date as the last winning score posted will be paid equally with the funds remaining as of that day.  For example if $24,700 has been claimed all claims received the same day that exceeds the $25k will equally split the $300 remaining in the prize pool.  900 Global staff members are not eligible to participate in the Bank Roll program.  Bank Roll promotional balls, 2nds, or blems will not be eligible for the program.  The Bank Roll program is only valid in the 50 United States.  Bowlers and pro shops can build their Bank Roll unlimited times using the same ball.  There are unlimited cashing opportunities until the program expires.

 Bank Roll Payout Structure:

 300 Game - $50 awarded to Bowler/ $50 awarded to Pro Shop =$100 total

800-849 Series - $125 awarded to Bowler/ $125 awarded to Pro Shop =$250 total

850-899 Series - $250 awarded to Bowler/ $250 awarded to Pro Shop =$500 total

*900 Series - $20,000 awarded to Bowler/ $5,000 awarded to Pro Shop = $25,000 total*

*(In the event of a 900 Series bowler must have all team members for their team and opposing team sign the recap sheet verifying that the bowler used the Bank Roll each and every shot during the 3 games.   A video of the last 4 shots must also be submitted showing the Bank Roll being used.  $25,000 will be paid over 3 installments.  Once Bank Roll program is expired the Bank Roll 900 Bonus will also expire.  The Bank Roll 900 series bonus will only be paid out to the first 900 series rolled, if multiple 900’s are bowled all other bowlers will receive prize payouts for the 850 or better series pay structure.)*

Example of Bank Roll payout:  Bowler uses Bank Roll for ALL 36 frames and records a 300 game along with an 850 series.  Bowler and Pro Shop would EACH receive a total of $300 ($50 for 300 game and $250 for 850 series or better).

To claim part of the $25,000 Bank Roll program the following must be completed without exception:

The pro shop must remove the Bank Roll card that can be found in every Bank Roll single ball box.  At the time of drilling the pro shop is required to completely fill out the card with their pro shop information and the bowler’s personal information.  In addition the pro shop must attach the proof of purchase bar code sticker to the card.  This POP bar code sticker is located at the top of the single ball box on the flap.  The pro shop is to keep these cards on file until the bowler returns with a USBC application or approval letter verifying that the bowler has bowled a 300 game, and or 800-900 series with the Bank Roll.  A copy of the letter and the Bank Roll entry card will then be mailed to 900 Global to stake a claim.  All claims should be mailed in as soon as possible to ensure a timely delivery.  If the bowler records multiple prize scores with a Bank Roll the same process noted above will be repeated except for the Bank Roll entry card which will already by in possession of 900 Global. Bowlers and pro shops can build their Bank Roll unlimited times using the same ball.  There are unlimited cashing opportunities until the program expires.
